Urban Edge Investments

Urban Edge Investments is a trusted real estate development company with a track record dating back to
2001. Specializing in the creation of infill, family-oriented townhomes—often referred to as “Missing
Middle” housing—Urban Edge is committed to building thoughtfully designed, strategically located
properties that address the growing demand for attainable urban housing. Urban Edge recently
celebrated a major milestone with the launch of its 20th project across Western Canada.

In addition to townhouse development, the company brings a wide breadth of experience in single-
family home construction, condominium conversions, and land redevelopment. Each initiative reflects a disciplined investment approach, rigorous due diligence, and a strong emphasis on sustainable growth—
qualities that instill confidence in partners and investors alike.

As Managing Director, Trent Praski brings a wealth of leadership and industry insight to every project.
Since earning his MBA in 2001 with a focus on Marketing and International Business, Trent has
demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence and ethical business practices. His global
perspective was shaped by studies at Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden and
international consulting work in Ukraine.

Before dedicating his career to real estate development, Trent gained valuable experience as a Senior
Associate in Management Consulting, specializing in Business Systems Analysis for multinational
organizations including American Airlines, Shell Oil, Aon, and WestJet. He also held strategic roles at
Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson from 2002 to 2006.

A licensed Realtor since 2012, Trent has continued to strengthen his expertise through real estate
investment and development courses at the University of Calgary, University of British Columbia, and
Langara College. He currently serves as a Real Estate Advisor with Macdonald Realty Ltd., where he
upholds the highest standards of service and professionalism.

In addition to his MBA, Trent holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education. His early career
in education took him abroad, teaching English in South Korea and elementary school in New Zealand—
experiences that reflect his adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills.

Trent is also the Co-Founder of the Wealth Development Network, and plays a central role in organizing
the Vancouver Real Estate Club and Synergy Real Estate Network. He co-founded
VancouverMissingMiddle.com, an initiative dedicated to promoting more inclusive and sustainable
